In the POV I can see Clearly, the person is doing CR. And after sometime, he just came out from the vehicle and starts shooting. Unfortunately, I close my pov. But after that, the person starts VDM Also

ID 1617 did not commit GR 6.2 as it was a rival gang member wearing gang colored clothing, and as per GR 5.13, it is allowed. ID 1617 has been punished for GR 5.22 regardless.​
