1. We would like to raise concerns regarding what appears to be the misuse of non-public information. Before the server revamp, where all organization and clan balances are reportedly being reset, the only major withdrawals came from FIB and Toxic ASF Money Clan. Shortly after, those funds were moved through auctions and alternate accounts.
2. Respectfully, this is difficult to dismiss as coincidence. We request a thorough investigation, including transaction log reviews, account resets where abuse is confirmed, and appropriate staff disciplinary action if confidential information was leaked.
3. If this matter continues to be ignored and no meaningful action is taken, we may be forced to disclose additional evidence and information in our possession. We would strongly prefer for this issue to be resolved internally and fairly before it escalates further.

I’m going to address this one time and one time only because, honestly, it’s not worth arguing over. Also I would like to know how this person knows any of this as this is all info that can only be obtained by breaking rules.

We all knew there was a possibility of things getting locked down when the server switched from Rage to FiveM. That was just common sense.
With that said, I can do whatever I want with my own clan balance. I didn’t go off the rails or do anything crazy. I even spoke with my High Command beforehand and explained my thought process. This also isn’t the first time I’ve pulled money from the clan balance and later put it back.
No rules were broken, and no money was moved to twinks. This was simply me being proactive.
The reason I pulled it yesterday is because today is my birthday (happy birthday to me lol), and I knew I wouldn’t be on at all during the FiveM launch.
People can say whatever they want, but some of us are simply more proactive with our families and organizations than others.
We didn’t even take everything out. If we truly knew there was going to be a full wipe, we would’ve emptied everything. Instead, all anyone saw was our clan balance being pulled, which, again, is something I’ve done before.
Even my own High Command and I got reset back to $1 million when we were sitting at over $2 million.
If I knew for certain there was going to be a money wipe, I can promise you that money would’ve gone back to members long before I ever spent it on a car I don’t need.
If we really knew a wipe was coming, you would’ve seen everyone moving money around like crazy. That simply didn’t happen.
At the end of the day, there was no exploit, no rule break, and nothing shady going on. Believe what you want, but I’m not going back and forth over it

We are currently investigating the entirety of the claim. There was no one other than the necessary admins who were given information and made aware of the transition to FiveM that happened last night. To address the claims about FIB's bonus payouts, we are investigating the justification for the bonus amounts handed out, however, bare in mind that the fact they gave bonuses out last night does not mean they were aware of the transition timing. Regarding the claims against TOXAF clan, the situation has been fully investigated and proven to have no rule breaks that occurred. We are continuing to investigate a multitude of other aspects regarding this claim, one of them being how you were given this information that could only have been gathered by an admin. Once we find out more information, the admin as well as the people involved that are leaking this information to the public will be properly punished. In regards to your statement about having additional information in your possession, blackmail will not be tolerated in this project, however, if it is information that further assists the case, please send the information to me privately so I can do a proper investigation. If you wish to continue to withhold this information that you claim to have received in an improper manner, as soon as we discover who is behind this report, you will be blacklisted from the project for blackmail along with leaking admin information.

If anyone has information on the personnel(s) involved in this, this is your final chance to come forward and assist in the investigation so as to not receive punishments along with those who will be punished.
