Hello LIBRA RP admin team.
i recently joined the city, trying to have fun and enjoy the server. and i was always stealing random vehicles that i found, and never got a warning or any message from admin telling me that i shouldn't doing it. i stole a car and a guy reported me and admin said i already got warnings, which i never got and even never got a message from someone, i alread saw the rules and i saw that its Forbidden to steal in green zones, and push vehicles away to steal them. thats not my fault for not getting warned or anything !

Good Afternoon,

You have received plenty of advanced warning regarding this. The rule is CLEARLY defined in our General Rules, and was also pinged by our Head Administrator when the rule was added.

This rule gets punished as harshly as it does because this directly effects the economy and the experience of new players trying to perform starter jobs. Also, it should be noted, you did NOT receive a warning for this (which is the maximum punishment) only OOC Jail time.

The Head Administrator will review and make a final decision.

this didnt appear on my game at all thats what im talking about, i know i did it and i admit it i didnt say no, but what i said is the warnings i didnt get them in game i didnt even know until i got punishment now !
the rule clearly said WARN, but i didnt even get a warn in game !

It is your responsibility to remain knowledgeable as the player when rules are adjusted I gave warning by @ all players within discord
your punishment should be warn but since it was recently adjusted you are getting off with only Refinement next time please stay up to date on the rules and any changes that follows.
