1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?
Honestly even tho ive only been on the server for like 3 weeks now, ive already seen a bunch of rule breaks happen. sometimes admins catch it sometimes it just slips by cuz theres only so many staff online at once. it got me thinkin instead of just being annoyed as a player i could actually do smth about it. i know im still newer but i'd rather start learning the staff side now and grow into it instead of just sitting back and complaining. i care about the server staying fair n fun for everyone and i'd rather be part of the solution than just another player pointing it out in chat.
2. Why should we consider you for an administrative position, what skills can you bring?
ngl i dont have a super long history on the server yet so im not gonna act like im the most experienced person applying. but what i can bring is a level head, i stay calm even when ppl are arguing which i think matters alot when ur dealing with reports. i also already help newer players when i see them lost or confused, just cuz i like doing it not cuz anyone told me to. plus ive done discord modding before so im not totally new to handling people n settling stuff fairly.
3. What experience do you have in the city?
Mainly played EMS and Cop so far. not a crazy resume i know but doing both gave me a decent look at how the server runs from different angles, how calls get handled, how RP goes with citizens, where stuff tends to go wrong. one thing im actually kinda proud of even tho it sounds small is i made an actual friend thru this server who lives like 15 min from me irl. thats the community side of RP i really value n want to help protect tbh.
4. Your greatest strengths? (at least three)
1) i stay calm under pressure even when stuff gets heated or ppl are mad
2) i genuinely like helping new players figure stuff out instead of ignoring them
3) i take rules serioussly annd try to apply them fair, not based on who i like more
5. Your greatest weaknesses? (at least three)
1) im still new to the server so theres alot of server specific knowledge n history i havent learned yet
2) i dont have prior in server staff experience so theres gonna be a learning curve at first
3) i can be a lil too patient sometimes which means i might give ppl more chances than i probably should b4 actually taking action
6. Do you understand you may not own a business as an administrator?
