2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
1: As the server is new I want to bring in some of my skills and skilled people to the organization and show how a real active gang is operated.
2: I want to try and make Ballas one of the strongest and most active gang in the city.
3: If i become the leader of Ballas i'll insure activity of the organization and activity of my people, I will be sure that everyone in Ballas knows the rules by giving them a interview upon joining the Faction, so they can prove to me and my HC team that they wont put our Faction in a position to be Punished for. I Want to also make sure me and my team will show up to 100% of events with the max amount of members we have to show to you guys as Admins as well as other members of the server that we can lead a good term.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
- Get rid of toxicity, this will help improve our RP.
- To not miss any events. Events such as Hostage Situation's / Store Robbery's
- Do more gang events

Rayyan Federal grew up in a rough neighborhood where crime, gangs, and police activity were normal things to see every day. His father worked with federal police which made life difficult for him because people around the area either respected his family or hated them for it. When he was younger, Rayyan started hanging around older boys involved in gang activity and slowly got pulled into street life himself, getting into fights, running small jobs, and having problems with police regularly. Over time he learned how dangerous that life really was after seeing friends get arrested or killed, so after moving to Los Santos he decided to change his future and make something bigger out of himself. Even though he still has connections and knowledge from the streets, Rayyan now focuses on building power, respect, and a strong reputation across the city while trying not to repeat the mistakes from his past.
