• Clan Lore & Backstory​

  The roots of the Blade Mafia do not belong to the neon-lit streets of LibraRP but to the underground networks of the Old Country. Founded by a tight-knit circle of brothers-in-arms, the syndicate originally operated as a shadow collective of bladesmiths and enforcement muscle. They earned their moniker—"The Blade"—from their signature philosophy: guns make noise, but a blade requires intimacy, precision, and absolute certainty.
  
  Arriving in LibraRP, the Blade Mafia executed a silent takeover. While rival street gangs fought loudly over low-tier street corners, the Blade quietly secured smuggling docks, acquired legal fronts, and mapped out the city's blind spots. Today, they operate as a corporate-mafia hybrid—legitimate entrepreneurs by day, undisputed rulers of the shadow economy by night.

• Approval of a Cartel does not grant immunity from punishment.
• The Cartel Leader has reached the minimum required level of 5.
• Your Cartel must remain active and maintain a solid number of active members.
• Cartels are required to maintain a minimum of 20 members at all times.
• Cartels must own a property (apartments are not accepted).
• Cartel property cannot be located inside the Ghetto unless specifically approved by Management.
• Leaders' punishment history will be reviewed before approval.
• Cartel names, logos, uniforms, or roleplay themes must not violate server rules or community standards.
• Management reserves the right to deny any application that may negatively impact server roleplay.
