When you rejected my forum its my belief you made a quick decision without looking at evidence.

You said -
You was involved in a RP situation from a store robbery the gang decided to take you from that situation after they won the store robbery
and create a new situation on top of ghetto hospital where they then decided to rob you
also looking at the POV there appears to be the entire situation beforehand missing
if LEO can take you and arrest you, then why can't a gang member take you from a store robbery and create a new RP situation

Reality is - I was involved in a store robbery inside city limits (CR 1.8) You said they had won the store robbery which they had not as shooting was still occurring and the timer at the top of the screen is still visible.
Also looking at the POV there is nothing missing, it is of no importance what happened prior to them kidnapping me because that is irrelevant to what the complaint is about.
To your next point, if a LEO can take you from a store robbery and arrest you, that is a continuation of the same event, it is not creating a new RP situation which is what occurred here.

Since I am sure this will also get rejected, can you at least provide me the rule that outweighs CR 1.8?

Upon Further Review
1. during a store robbery shooting takes place within the confines of the city if a store is robbed in the city
2. its been a well known fact that Gangs may take hostages from the store the same as LEOs may take criminal to Jail.
3. There is no rule specifically forbidding such a action.
4. even if the store robbery wasn't over yet no LEOs were able to come to your defense they may take you
5. Instead of focusing so much on trying to catch every single rule break focus on building RP and enhancing it with your own story making skills.
