2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
First reason: honestly i always been interested in the goverment role since i joined this server, i feel like the goverment is the backbone of the whole city and without a strong leader things just fall apart. i want to be that person who keeps everything toghether and make sure the city is running the way it should be.
Second reason: i have good experience in roleplay and i know how to deal with diffrent types of people, whether its the police, civilians or even criminals. i think this experience make me a good fit for a leadership position like this one because you need someone who can talk to everyone and handle situations with a calm head.
Third reason: i genuinely care about the server and the community here, i dont want to be a leader just for the title. i want to actually do something, organize events, make laws that make sense, and work with other organizations to improve the overall RP quality in the city.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
First way: i would start by organizing weekly goverment meetings where we discuss whats happening in the city, new laws, problems that need to be solved, things like that. this would make the goverment feel more alive and active instead of just being a faction that exist on paper.
Second way: i would work on creating real connection between the goverment and other factions like the police and medics. maybe have oficial meetings or signed agreements that effect how things work in the city, this adds alot of depth to the RP and makes everything feel more realistic.
Third way: i would try to bring more civilians into the political RP side of things, like maybe have public press conferences or allow citizens to come and speak infront of the goverment about issues they facing. this way more people get involved in the RP and its not just limited to faction members.
4. Write a personal character Biography about your player (minimum 1 paragraph):
Abo Sara grew up in a small family that always valued responsibility and doing the right thing. from a young age he was the type of person that people came to when they needed advise or when things got complicated. he wasnt the loudest in the room but when he spoke, people listened. after moving to the city he started from zero, worked hard and slowly built a reputation as someone you can trust and rely on. he been through alot, seen how the city can fall into chaos when theres no proper leadership and that experience changed him. he decided that if nobody is gonna step up and do things right, then he will be that person. his goal isnt power, its stability. he wants a city where people can live, work and enjoy their lives without constant fear or disorder. everything he does is for the city and the people in it, and he plans to prove that through his actions not just his words.
