Yes the 2 of us apparently have a vendetta, both were talking shit to each other but I was walking to my car and was going to let it go....I never took out a weapon because it was just normal trash talk...there was no reason to kill me in the street simply because he cant handle a word exchange.

Using that type of language is not normal trash talk. I stand by my decision, as i dont think it was random. You knew what you were doing trying to provoke him in to what you feel is a rule break. Gang members jump to violence when provoked. Not unrealistic.

While I appreciate your viewpoint of the situation, its not really needed here. Bottom line is you cannot kill someone simply because you don't like the words they say. If we want to be realistic I should have shot him in head as soon as we walked out the hospital simply for being a rival and a gang member but that would have been RDM. If we are going to ignore the rules of the city then why even have them? Lets just turn it all into a hurt feelings server and a free for all shootout server, because that's pretty much what you are advocating by your ruling.
