Was hot wiring a car and just got shot without any initiation whatsoever. I also believe it to be a member of a legal org...?

ID 928 and 822 will receive a punishment for GR5.13

This is clearly fail rp from the LEOs side, as well as a violation of the rule below. The server aims to promote RP scenarios between players.
5.13: While outside of the ghetto you must initiate RP before shooting someone. (unless it's a rival gang member wearing gang colors or if someone tries to leave the ghetto after initiating a gunfight).
Note: Punishment is a warn alongside a 120 minute jail, but the jailtime will be reduced and the warn will stay.
