you can see in screenshot i am buying fabrics he took money and then say i am ok so i said give me money back but he is not giving

i have pov of the whole thing, he come up to me asking to sell my fabric so i said how much? he replied with 2k each so i said no, then he said 3k each and he sent me the money. we never agreed on 3k each, as you can also see in his photo i said 5k each. we never agreed on how much and i was never really willing to sell them as i said 'no im good'. he sent the money for no reason, we didnt do an exchange nothing he just sent it
