2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
2.1 I want to be leader of this organisation because i have previously been governor in another city and had a very successful term. With that in mind i wish to take leadership again of government and try and improve of my first term as governor.
2.2 I want to be leader of this organisation because i have a very strong list of people to place in my high command spots as well as in DOJ to further better the states legislation and try and bring even more to the project. With my team we can truly have a successful term in government and it would be really impowering.
2.3 I want to be leader of this organisation because i have spent alot of time in and around government organisations so i know deep down how they work and the best way to work them. This will benefit me during my term as we wont be in a situation where we can not help LEOs or Citizens asking any and all questions.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
3.1 I would employee a great set of HCs and trusted people to help with professionalism between all state orgs and withhold the law side of the city to.
3.2 I would ensure that government is active and there is always someone to assist in any situation or enquiry that comes our way.
3.3 I would ensure that we have weekly meetings between all state orgs and state leaders and discuss all the issues and come up with solutions.
4. Write a personal character Biography about your player (minimum 1 paragraph)
Josh Mandem has been in many cities and experienced both sides of the city. He had a rough childhood where he grew up in a rough estate and had to turn to a period of crime to even get by in life. One day when walking to the bank to withdraw some money he saw a poster saying that Government was hiring. He thought that this was his get out of Jail free card and decided to make his way to the capital building and show his willingness to take a Job there. He spent alot of time in government and built his way up to Governor where he wished to do even better for the citizens. He made sure he was always present and showing his face so the citizens had trust in him. He employed a great team of people who helped his leadership and become even more successful. After his run as governor he went to LSPD where his team of strong individuals followed him and built a trust worthy community that other leaders wanted in there organisations.
