During the store robbery, we downed a suspect (id42) who then left the city before I could make the arrest. As a result, I have no way of knowing if he had the items to reset the scene. It felt unfair since we couldn’t conduct a proper investigation or secure the store owner’s safe by returning the items. I’m disappointed this happened, and I hope situations like this don’t occur in the future. i think it follows under
