Player 265 has been caught car jacking family cars (Sugar Babies) - abusing the fact you can car jack them and sell them to the chop shop.Whilst the rule 5.20 doesn't explicitly state that, it does state that stealing from the Family Warehouse is bannable. I wouldn't suggest a 30 day ban as the rule is somewhat vague, however this car jacking was knowingly done under the pretense that you can take a car from a secure Family parking, remove them and begin the car jack completely safe noticing when the car owner isn't online. Admin logs will prove he has stolen from the fam house to car jack, and when called out for it immediately left the family.

It would, but this rule is new and with permission from Raymond, i hope he will allow me to change the report to GR 5.20.1

Upon Review
While No direct rule at the time existed. you are abusing the system Knowingly, and are stealing from the family while it may not be in the form of the warehouse you stole from the garage. from now the punishment of this is a warn but since it was overlooked you will only get 30 minutes of refinement this time
