During a gang interaction, the reported player(s) displayed multiple behaviors that we believe violate server rules and negatively impacted the roleplay experience.Throughout the encounter, they repeatedly failed to value their character's life and did not appropriately roleplay the situation, resulting in what we believe to be Fear RP and Fail RP violations. Rather than engaging in realistic roleplay, the interaction quickly turned into unnecessary OOC toxicity.The player directed multiple insults toward members of our group, including telling us to "shut the fuck up" and referring to us as "fucking donkeys." They also made comments such as "how about you go learn English" while continuing to insult members of our group. Our group consists of players from different countries, and while English may not be everyone's first language, these comments were unnecessary, disrespectful, and appeared to target players based on their language abilities. This created a hostile environment that went far beyond normal roleplay trash talk.While this alone is not the primary issue, it demonstrated a dismissive attitude toward the server's reporting process and staff procedures, especially while continuing to engage in rule-breaking behavior.We understand that staff were not present during this incident, which is why we are submitting this report along with the supporting screenshots and video evidence. We are not looking for special treatment, nor are we submitting this report because we are part of the media team. We are submitting it because we believe the rules should be enforced equally for every player, regardless of who they are.Our goal is simply to have the situation reviewed objectively. We ask that the staff team review the attached evidence in its entirety and determine whether the player's actions violated server rules. We appreciate your time and consideration.Also to mention that he is indirectly mocking me that i come from another city i think everyone is welcome here irrespective of where they come from . I can let go minor rule breaks but this stuff is getting ooc it gets really frustrating and what am i showing my audience

After review there is a lot to dissect in this situation.

ID 42 will receive a punishment for Fail RP & OOC insults (player also did commit mixing but that punishment is unnecessary due to other punishments)
ID 258 will receive punishment for Fail RP.
ID 1651 will receive punishment for PG as they patched someone with a two handed weapon in their hand.
ID 1663 will receive punishment for mixing



ID 42 and 285 were hostage and getting robbed. There were multiple ballas with guns out in the area, while in the act of being robbed, you both decided to pull guns out and try to kill the people robbing you. I did not punish for fear RP as, i know players will say, guns were not pointed directly at them. But it is completely unrealistic to try to pull guns out and shoot them in that scenario. ID 1651 patched up someone while holding a two handed weapon, ID 1663 received mixing for referring to forums. During that conversation, iD 42 made OOC insults by making a comment about the other players ability to speak English. ID 42 did also mix by referring to "rules in this server", but as stated before, isn't punished as it is not needed due to the severity of the other punishments.

Note : 42 did drop everything in his bag that he was supposed to, the second time you went to check his bag and tell him what to drop, you actually checked the backpack of one of your fellow gang members. ​
