I wanted to reach out about my removal from the Admin Assistant position. I've had some time to think about it, and honestly, I understand the decision. I didn't handle the responsibility the way I should have, and that's on me. I really valued being part of the staff team and having the chance to help out in that role, which is exactly why I want to own up to this properly rather than just letting it go unaddressed. I'm sorry for the extra work or trouble this may have caused the rest of the team. If there's ever an opportunity to be considered again in the future, I'd genuinely welcome that, and I'm open to any feedback on what I'd need to improve. That said, I also respect the decision fully if that's not something you're open to.
