1. Why do you want to be an administrator and no longer RP?
I’ve spent a lot of time roleplaying in different cities, primarily in law enforcement, and it’s given me a lot of experience with how a well-run community should operate. Since joining Libra, I’ve genuinely enjoyed my time here and have met a lot of great people. The community has been welcoming, and I’ve had the opportunity to grow both in and out of character.
I’m applying for the Administrative Assistant position because I want to give back to a server that I’ve come to enjoy. I know stepping into an administrative role means putting the community before my own roleplay, and I’m completely okay with that. My goal is to help create a fair and enjoyable experience for everyone while still being able to assist the staff team however I can. I believe helping resolve issues, answering reports, and making sure players have a positive experience is just as rewarding as roleplaying.
2. Why should we consider you for an administrative position, and what skills can you bring?
I believe I would be a strong addition to the staff team because I have a solid understanding of roleplay and server rules, along with the ability to remain calm under pressure. I try to approach every situation with an open mind and avoid making decisions based on emotion or assumptions. Instead, I listen to everyone involved, gather the facts, and make fair decisions based on the rules and common sense.
I also consider myself approachable and easy to talk to. Players should feel comfortable coming to staff when they need help, and I think my personality helps create that environment. I’m always willing to learn, accept constructive criticism, and improve where needed. I don’t mind taking responsibility or stepping up when the situation calls for it, and I’m confident I can represent the server in a professional and respectful manner.
3. What experience do you have in the city? (Crime/State/Starter Jobs/etc.)
Since joining Libra, I’ve spent the majority of my time on the state side of roleplay. I currently serve as the Undersheriff of the San Andreas Highway Patrol, a position I’ve held since my first day in the city. That role has taught me leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and how to remain professional in both routine and high-pressure situations.
Outside of law enforcement, I’ve also reached Level 3 as a Mechanic, which has allowed me to experience another side of the server. While I haven’t explored every career path yet, I’ve gained a good understanding of how the city functions and how different groups interact with one another. My experience gives me a balanced perspective that I believe would be valuable as a member of the staff team.
4. Your greatest strengths? (Please list at least three)
Some of my biggest strengths are honesty, understanding, and loyalty. I always try to treat people fairly and respectfully, regardless of the situation. I’m someone who takes the time to listen before making a judgment, and I believe communication goes a long way in resolving conflicts.
I’m also dependable and trustworthy. If I’m given a responsibility, I take it seriously and make sure it’s handled to the best of my ability. I enjoy helping others whenever I can, and I believe having patience and empathy are important qualities for anyone in a staff position.
5. Your greatest weaknesses? (Please list at least three)
One of my biggest weaknesses is that I can be stubborn at times. If I strongly believe in something, I may spend extra time trying to explain my point of view. However, I’ve learned that listening to others and being open to different perspectives is just as important.
I’m also a perfectionist. I like things to be done correctly, which sometimes means I spend more time on a task than necessary. While this helps me produce quality work, I’m continuing to improve my ability to balance quality with efficiency.
Lastly, I sometimes become too comfortable in my environment, which can lead me to take on more responsibilities than I should. I’m working on recognizing my limits and making sure I don’t overextend myself so I can continue performing at my best.
6. Do you understand you may not own a business as an administrator?
Yes, I fully understand and accept that administrators may not own a business while serving on the staff team. I understand the reasons behind this policy and have no issues following it.
7. Do you understand that on your admin account you may no longer partake in roleplay?
Yes, I completely understand. I know that the purpose of the admin account is to assist the community, handle reports, and enforce server rules in a fair and unbiased manner. I understand that roleplay and administration must remain separate, and I’m fully prepared to respect those boundaries.
8. Are there currently any issues in your real life that would hinder your activity as an admin?
At this time, I don’t have any real-life commitments that would prevent me from being active as an administrator. Of course, unexpected situations can happen because that’s simply part of life, but as things currently stand, I have the time and availability to dedicate to the position. If anything were to change in the future, I would make sure to communicate with the staff team and remain transparent about my availability.
