Hello Management,

I believe there needs to be a greater level of transparency from the management and administration team.

Recently, it has become increasingly difficult for the community to understand why certain decisions are being made. Whether it's punishments, policy changes, staff changes, or other administrative actions, there often isn't enough communication to help players understand the reasoning behind them. This lack of transparency naturally leads to speculation, rumours, and a loss of confidence in management. And when there are rumours, and then when there are rumours created, where told not to speculate, but why shouldn’t we when we are told nothing?

I'm not suggesting that every internal discussion or sensitive matter should be made public. There will always be situations where confidentiality is necessary. However, when decisions directly impact the wider community, there should be a reasonable explanation of what was decided and why. Even a brief statement can go a long way in preventing misinformation and showing that decisions are being made fairly and consistently.

Greater transparency also promotes accountability. When players understand the reasoning behind decisions, they're more likely to respect them, even if they don't necessarily agree with the outcome. It helps build trust between the community and the management team rather than creating the impression that decisions are being made behind closed doors without explanation.

With the new admin team, I hope this is taken into account, because the closure from the admin team have been disappointing.

More accountability needs to be taken from the admin team, there is a reason why the server used to peak at 150-170, and now people have left due to admins disclosure, and if nothing changes, the server will die more. Too much focus and blame has been given to the PR team, but not enough on the admin team.

I'd love if people give there input on this thread.

Thanks,
Crashout Zak

The server/community is too small to be as compartmentalised as it is. Everyone talks to everyone and that's how rumours/speculation start. Agreed - we definitely need more transparency.
