While going on ammo run event a pd vehicle follows me to pullover where I not comply and not pullover while chasing me they purposely rams me where my vehicle was thrown on mountains

This ramming does not seem purposeful, so let's break this down. 1st time they hit you: You chose to turn into the lane that was going in the opposite direction, not a car ram. 2nd time: You also stopped towards the middle of the road, yes they were going at a high speed, but in that situation they wouldn't expect you to brake check them. 3rd time: The third time could be argued as an aggressive pit, but due to dsync, it generally seems unintentional. Overall, it seems like they were pursuing you and followed proper LEO procedures to pit a vehicle that is not complying to their demands, if you believe the force was excessive, then handle it ICly through a lawsuit. I explained the situation but this was going to be rejected regardless as it is an edited POV.
