Event - Ammunition Run

The video is self explanatory.

1. GR 5.13: While attempting to pull another car over for robbing you must have a minimum of 1 car with 2 people and you must shoot out the tires to demand them to stop, you must demand them to stop before shooting out their four tires (if they don't stop it is considered FailRP)
2. GR 5.20: Car Ramming is strictly prohibited (exception: Leos attempting to Pit vehicles during chases)
3. GR 6.4: It is Forbidden to UB drive (Unrealistic Behaviour)
