2. Why do you want to be the leader of this specific organization? (List 3 reasons):
As the 1st leader of SAHP during Beta, I think I have developed better relationships and can be a more effective leader.
I am currently the Chief of Staff of SAPF and am often looked upon to make crucial decisions when my higher ups are not available.
I want to put SAPF on the map, I want us to be large in numbers and powerful in experience.
3. How would you Improve Roleplay for This organization and for the city? (List three ways):
I would make sure that all of my officers are held to the same high standards regardless of if its their first day on the job or they have been here from the start,
I would implement a very aggressive, yet fair, bonus system for all officers, regardless of what time they are in city.
I would show no favoritism, I only give high ranks to those who put forth the effort to earn it, this is a police force, not a charity.

Write a personal character Biography about your player (minimum 1 paragraph) My name is Ron Jeremy, but most people just call me Old Man, I joined Libra when the city was barely 3 weeks old and became the first ever Sheriff of SAHP. While that was a bumpy road and I faced many hurdles and setbacks, I believe it has humbled me and made me a better person than I was at that time. I would love to say SAPF on top, but there is no such thing, we are in joint cooperation with FIB to rid the city of criminals and keep the citizens safe.
