Evidence of Repeated Rule Violations​

The following evidence demonstrates conduct that could have resulted in serious punishments much earlier.

Evidence 1: Jiggy and Sarah’s Money Transfer​

This footage shows the unauthorized transfer involving Jiggy and Sarah.

The transaction was not fabricated, misunderstood, or invented by management. It occurred, and it violated server and staff rules.

Evidence 2: Scott and Zak Transferring Money Through Twink Characters​

This footage shows Scott and Zak discussing and transferring money through twink characters.

These are not assumptions or second-hand allegations. The evidence includes statements made directly by the people involved.

Attempting to explain the transaction using different wording does not change what occurred.

Evidence 3: Repeated Gold Bar Exploitation and Combat Logging​

This evidence shows Scott repeatedly entering the heist, obtaining gold bars, and combat logging to escape the roleplay and retain the rewards.

This reportedly continued over multiple days until staff discovered the pattern.

Even after the issue was discovered, the behavior was denied or treated as though nothing improper had occurred.

I personally prevented the strongest possible punishment from being issued at the time because I considered these players part of the server’s legacy community.

Once again, that was an example of management being excessively lenient toward your group.

Final Position​

We had enough evidence to issue serious punishments against members of your group long before this public post was made.

On several occasions, I personally prevented bans or reduced punishments because your group consisted of legacy players who had helped the community.

That leniency was repeatedly mistaken for entitlement.

Supporting a server does not allow anyone to break rules, exploit systems, abuse staff access, harass other players, or publicly accuse people of stealing money without evidence.

The situation has now gone too far.

The unnecessary toxicity, repeated accusations, public disruption, and refusal to accept responsibility have become harmful to the server and the remaining community.

For that reason, we are ending our association with the individuals involved.

You are free to move on to another community. There are still many players who enjoy the server and want to see it succeed. Those who no longer enjoy it are not being forced to remain.

However, remaining only to spread hostility, reopen resolved disputes, attack staff, and damage the experience of other players will no longer be tolerated.
