•EMS
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I want to become leader because:
•I Truly have the organization best interest at heart.
•My care and dedication to this org is recognized by citizens and leaders and I would like to improve EMS to its fullest potential as it should've always been operated.
• I'm dedicated to roleplay and I have experience as a Real leader IC and OOC.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
What makes me the best candidate is as follows:
• I have experience as the Assistant Director in EMS since this server was created, therefore minimal training is required
• I am unbiased and fair to all
•I am very experienced in the daily operations of how a hospital should be properly ran
•I'm a leader at a hospital IRL in the medication field which gives me even more visuals to incorporate IC rp.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
• I will diligently work with all other organizations to ensure EMS is participating in rp whether it's in the lobby and or showing up to events.
• I will make role play fun and encourage others to be the best they can be within the organization.
• I will uphold standards within the organization that focuses on quality not quantity when selecting employees to represent EMS.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My goals as Leader are:
•To have an operation where employees are heard and respected and ideas are welcomed not overthrown or overshadowed because of power tripping as the Director or ooc emotions.
•To create an environment where standards of procedures are recognized and followed equally across the board.
•Have an environment where people like to be, have fun, but always remain professional and put our citizens first
•Have an organization where ranks and bonuses are earned through hard work, dedication, and rp interactions, not Soley based on hours worked, personal financial gain, or to gain likes or friends within my employees and peers.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
The Events & Activities that I would like to organize:
•The obvious would be showing up to organized events as shipments, black market raids, and other allowable events within limits.
•I would organize health fairs where you can come get vaccinated and or come speak to a mental health professional if you are needing therapy
•I would hold hiring events to ensure EMS is staffed
