I have long exp in EMS in other City I was Chief of EMS 1x Deputy 3x Chief of Staff 5 X Head of Division 5 and other terms as HC of AI I dont Believe favortism and I would never practice it.
2 I Love EMS and see whats coming out of it its just sad I want to make it Great to people can rely on us not only times when you woke up in bad dream get a patch up !
3 I do love Leo orgs but EMS is more chill place yeah time to time its boring sit at front but thats your job you do it!

My implementation would be only 1 sits in lobby couple on Calls keep it busy
2 I would increase Medlabs' capacity to we can do medruns to you not need to stay in lobby for hours !
3 I would implement Bonus system to employes for working time to employes would see more they do more geting rewarded!
