2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
*) I got Load of Experience in EMS in Other City I know how to lead how to manage
*) I want to EMS would be One of the most importtant Org in City as It should be
*) I wanna be EMS Leader cause EMS is my Favorite Org and I want to bring it to its rightfull place EMS is not only for Patching people up but asist other orgs in Events and make big difference in city
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I got atleast 2 years in EMS Expierence I was EMS Chief Deputy few times Chief of Staff Head of Department Head of IA to make sure Org Runs Smoothe and without complications
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
I would Make Recruitments more often
Train all newcomers
Implement Surgery Department where we would make Roleplay more advance
If you do it you do it right and no favortism gonna be involved just Profesionalism
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My goals as Leader are:
•To improve Leo and EMS relationship attend more events to provide them with Medical asistance shots to improve they well being
do more Department check ups for Health Insurances
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would create once a Week make all leo org Department Checkups asist them on surgerys for taking Bullet out catscan and all things what would make better role play
The Events & Activities that I would like to organize:
Blood donation camp where they can do more roleplay
Recruitments and Health Check Camps
