Ok so last I checked this is supposed to be a RP server....how the hell am I supposed to RP with anyone when I am ambushed by people that I cannot even know exist? If this city is just going to be a constant shootout then there will never be any RP...So while the rule might be right, it needs to be changed. It would be completely different if everyone involved was standing at the ATM to protect their friend because then I am having RP interaction with all involved in the situation.

I agree with you this whole situation could have been played out differently if they had the numbers advantage towards you they could have made you either told you to surrender or told you "do you really want to die for this ATM"
RP should have been better
