You said "According to the POV it shows this altercation happened right after the ammo run" but if you look at the top of the screen you can clearly see the ammo run event is still taking place at the time they have already begun taking me hostage. Had they let me bleed out, I would not have become a hostage. I don't care if they rob me because they are allowed to do so but to say the event had already ended is completely false. I am sure this will get rejected again because everything anyone posts about them gets rejected....and we wonder why the city is falling apart....hmm

After reviewing the POV, there is no rule break here. ER1.9 allows gangs to rob LEOs during the Ammo Run, and there is nothing in the rule that prevents you from being taken hostage or being taken into the ghetto as part of the ongoing situation.

The previous response was incorrect in saying the Ammo Run had already ended, however, this does not change the outcome of the report.

As for the comments about the city falling apart and Bloods complaints always being rejected, that is simply not true. Every report is reviewed individually based on the evidence provided and the rules in place, regardless of which gang is involved.​
