Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Severe Staff Misconduct, Real-World Threats, and Harassment
Overview
I am writing to formally report an extreme issue regarding staff conduct involving administrative assistant Sully Armani (ID: 277). Throughout the day, I have experienced continuous harassment, bullying, and an unprovoked RDM incident at approximately 21:05.
Most concerningly, this behavior escalated beyond in-game toxicity when Sully Armani explicitly threatened to obtain my IP address and send individuals to physically harm me in real life.
I prefer to resolve issues internally rather than escalating publicly; however, the severity, persistence, and real-world safety implications of this behavior have reached a point where I no longer feel comfortable or safe participating in the community.
Key Concerns
1. Real-World Threats and Harassment:
The behavior exhibited by Sully Armani (277) creates a severely toxic and unsafe environment. Threats of real-world violence and doxxing are entirely unacceptable, and it is deeply concerning when individuals in administrative positions engage in this conduct without visible repercussions.
2. Breach of Confidentiality and Escalation:
I initially attempted to handle this matter privately through Discord by speaking with John Lark. I was assured that appropriate disciplinary action would be taken, but no action was observed. Furthermore, the situation worsened significantly after my conversation, as the details of my confidential report were apparently disclosed to the individual in question, leading to increased retaliation and targeted bullying.
3. Perception of Favoritism and Lack of Accountability:
Incidents of this nature set a dangerous precedent and foster a perception of administrative protection and favoritism within the server, compromising the safety and trust of the community.
Conclusion
I deeply appreciate this server, the project as a whole, and the hard work put in by the team. I have invested a significant amount of time and financial support into this community because I truly enjoy being part of it. However, facing real-world threats from staff members, combined with the mishandling of internal reports, makes it impossible to continue playing under current conditions.
I kindly request that upper management review this matter with the highest priority, ensure proper disciplinary action is taken regarding staff safety violations, and address the internal breach of confidentiality.
