I was placed in jail by Mr. Miraz Bilal (773) for GR6.8! 118Mins
I was killed by ballas in front of blood's HQ then I was patched by a Ballas he said nothing when I was revived I ran towards the HQ!
he did not even say put your hands up or anything!
all he said I will revive you then he killed me again second I was revived right infront of HQ all he said I will shoot if you go to HQ
and according to RP I dont remember while I was knocked so he said I will shoot when I was dead so how is that FEAR RP care to expalin? and I would to see the admin's video that he published thats ofcourse if he published something with evidence! all he did was patch me and not saying anything then I entered HQ then he takes matter in his own hands which mind, I placed in Jail for fear RP!
patching while he says nothing then I be placed in jail? what kind of adminstrator is this?
I am also demanding the Admin's proof

You were killed by a rival gang, then you were revived by the same gang. Whether you say you can not hear while unconscious for the RP (which is not true for the RP, or else we wouldnt allow people to put in forums for rule breaks against unconcious players) or not, you were revived after being put on the gound and there were two (at least) gang members with guns pointed at you. At that point, by running directly in to your HQ (which is an additional rule break per CR 1.6; also a warn) which is not fearing for your life. Even if you say you cant hear when downed, you dont forget how you were put down unless you are full killed.​

The admin was not wrong in issuing you with a fear RP punishment, and would have also been correct in issuing punishment for CR 1.6 if they would have done so.

A few extra points:
1)complaints against admin decision, whether issued directly from their POV or from a forum complaint, do not get directed to the Executive director.
2) please ensure you fill out title of forums properly in accordance with proper format. i.e. Include the admin name that you are filing a complaint against
3) I have watched the POV from the admin who issued, and ensured the proper actions, demanding to be shown the admins POV is not something that is acceptable. If there was something that we feel needs to be shown to clarify, we will after properly removing admin related information from the POV. But in this case your rules breaks were very obvious.
