Reviewed Appeal / Unjust impound & fine – No disabled parking system implemented

I am writing to formally appeal and complain about my vehicle being impounded and fined for parking in a disabled bay.Here is exactly what happened • I briefly quit and re-logged into the game, which took roughly 2 minutes total• During this short time, my vehicle was marked as violating disabled parking rules and was impounded• Crucially: the game has NO system to register as disabled, obtain a virtual badge, or mark a vehicle as eligible for these bays. There is literally no way for players to meet the requirement you are enforcing.Enforcing a rule that has no corresponding feature or way to comply is inconsistent, unfair, and creates an impossible situation for players. I had no option to do anything differently — I couldn’t “show a badge” or set my status because that functionality simply does not exist.
