Cartel Rank Structure

The ranks below are examples only. Your Cartel is not required to use these exact rank names or this exact structure.
Example Rank Structure:
El Patrón
Supreme leader of the Cartel and final authority on major decisions.
Consigliere
Trusted advisor who assists leadership and oversees Cartel operations.
Capo
Manages territories, crews, and criminal enterprises.
Enforcer
Handles security, discipline, protection, and enforcement operations.
Soldado
Full member of the Cartel trusted with operational duties.
Associate
Probationary member being evaluated for full membership.
Cartels may create and use their own rank names and hierarchy as long as each rank and its responsibilities are clearly explained in the application.

Add any additional information you believe Management should know about your Cartel or the roleplay you plan to bring to the server.
Cartel Requirements & Agreement
By submitting this application, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- All members must follow all server rules.
- Management decisions regarding Cartels are final.
- Breaking server or Cartel rules may result in warnings, punishment, removal of perks, or Cartel removal.
- Cartel approval does not grant immunity from punishment.
- The Cartel Leader must be at least Level 5.
- Cartels must remain active.
- Cartels must maintain a minimum of 20 members at all times.
- Cartels must own a property.
- Apartments do not count as an approved Cartel property.
- Cartel property may not be located inside the Ghetto unless specifically approved by Management.
- Leadership punishment history may be reviewed before approval.
- Cartel names, logos, uniforms, and roleplay themes must follow all server and community rules.
- Management reserves the right to deny any application that may negatively impact server roleplay.
Cartel Status & Disbandment
Once your organization is approved as an Official Cartel, it is officially moving from the Clan system into the Cartel system.
- By becoming a Cartel, your organization agrees to all Cartel rules, requirements, perks, limitations, and responsibilities.
Once approved, a Cartel cannot voluntarily move back to Clan status.
- A Cartel may not return to Clan status to avoid Cartel requirements, limitations, weekly requirements, warnings, punishments, or other Cartel responsibilities without Approval From the chief curator of clans. Staff may also request certain changes or cartel perk item wipes to protect the integrity of the Clan System, caps and limits to prevent unfairness inside the clan system.
- A Cartel will only return to regular Clan status if:
- The Cartel is terminated or disbanded by the Leader or upon request to management.
- The Cartel reaches 3 active Cartel Warnings, resulting in an automatic disband under Cartel rules.
Final Agreement
By submitting this application, the Cartel Leader and Co-Leader confirm that they have read, understand, and agree to all Cartel requirements, rules, limitations, warnings, and disbandment conditions listed above.
Any changes, edits, additions, or modifications to this Cartel application, its requirements, or its conditions must be approved by the Chief Curator of Clans/Cartels before being used IC
