We were driving a 10-15 to DOC then out of no where fell through the map and the suspect got out of the car while cuffed my co worker got stuck under the map and it appears to be his friend that begun shooting with out demands aswell as meta gaming out of the pure fact there was no communication what so ever the entire time with the suspect and his friend killed him which is Mercy Killing.
