1. Which organization are you applying to leader?
Government
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
I want to create better and more serious government roleplay in the city I enjoy working with people and managing a team I want to give government members more activities and responsibilities instead of making the organization inactive I want to make the Government respected and trusted by normal citizens and other organizations

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe I am a good candidate because I am responsible, active, and know how to work with different types of players. I can manage a team fairly, listen to members, and handle problems without unnecessary arguments. I also want to focus on improving the organization instead of only taking the leader position
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
(Please provide at least three ideas)
Give members different responsibilities so everyone has something meaningful to do.
Encourage realistic communication and proper RP instead of unnecessary conflicts.
Organize public activities where citizens can interact directly with Government officials
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My main goal is to make the Government active, organized, and respected. I want to build a strong and friendly team, keep members active, improve communication with other organizations, and create regular RP situations for both government employees and citizens. I also want the organization to remain stable throughout my leadership term.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
1.Official inspections of organizations.
2.Special government missions involving other organizations such as spec opps (getto petrol)
3.City council meetings and debates on different city matters.
