We'll let the admins decide but it seems to be in a direct violation since it creates an advantage of it always being daylight and weather effects like fog removed.

I don't have that part that's all I have other wise I would have posted whole thing the first videos shows directly him going ooc and leaving and matter of you are just helping him i need chief admin to review it
 
It doesn't give this guy a right to vdm people and going ooc rules are broken as seen in the video I'm not providing whole situation as it doesn't make sense
