Hello Andy i hope all is well,

I would like to start of by congratulating you with your marriage, and wish all the best there.

This server has a lot of potential and has done for a while.
I told myself i wont make this forum but after constant inconsistency from the management team and admin team on the server is getting kind of ridiculous, while you was on LOA we as players so a lot of things that shouldnt have been happening from IC things to stuff happening in the discord. Now i will start of by talking about the actual in city server problems. One of the main problems that everyone is seeing is the favouritism to media. Now yes i understand they are there to bring content to the server and aid in bringing more players however the media players you bring in are suppose to lead by example. The media we currently have are breaking rules left right and centre and there punishments are getting removed almost immediately or reduced just so they can carry on with there livestream, the admins either need to be fair with the rules and punish players with the same punishments as the media team are getting or get new media that actually knows how to RP and follow rules. For one example of media getting let off easily is Whizzer Raven, he said word for word "Cry in your moms DMs not here" now yes he did get banned for this as he should have done but i later found out the ban was lifted not even 5 hours later and he was back on the server, where is the justice and constancy there.


Moving away from media, and more towards the Chief Support, Since i have been in the server i have seen and many others have seen alot of favouritism from John Lark, he is constantly choosing people he is friends with over the people who actually know what they are doing and how to follow rules. I was assistant for around 3 weeks and during this time i had very little assistance from John, every other admin was there to answer questions i had and would sit in VC and explain things to me, with John it would take 12+ hours to get a response. (Now yes i get OOC is more important than IC i am not saying it isnt) One of the things i was told consistently as a admin assistant was that promotions are based on activity and how many tickets i would take. Every single morning i would wake up and fly in to see 3+ tickets sometimes around 10 that hadnt been taken in over 3 hours. On my last day as admin i saw a ticket that had no response from 9pm (city time) there was also one from 12am (City time) so when i saw that i was under the impression there was a cheater, i cant see admin punishments or wasnt told it was already dealt with, i tagged admins to come in city to deal with it and i basically got interrogated by John over it. He asked to see the ticket so i showed it, he asked to see the full ticket so i showed it, he then told me that it had been dealt with by Vinny the night before, i wasnt aware of this as i cant see admin punishments and wasnt informed it was dealt with plus here was no response to the ticket. He then removed me from admin saying i was trying to "Deceive higher admins" dont know how that works but ok. At the time i was also AG, John was Senior Support and State at the time, Jacob our curator was on LOA so we primarily had to go through John, when we needed legislation approval we got minimal support and long waiting times. When fish was our Chief State we would get a response from him and he would actually show interest in what we was doing baring in mind Fish isnt a government person and thought what we was doing was boring he was there assisting and supporting, he would ask us to go to VC and show and explain what we planned to do and tell us changes we needed to make, he would find time to assist us. We didnt get any of that with John.

Now i am going to move onto the discord issues, we constantly see favouritism to certain people in the discord, i will admit yesterday i was in the wrong when i answered back and got rude to pete and i got punished for that, however today i got timed out for a week for saying "I wouldnt waste money on a server that has had consistent player drops" now this isnt me tagging a dig at the server this is me saying that i wouldnt spend money on a server where everyone else will have the same stuff i do because they have either got it for free through the milestone rewards or from buying LBC, the player base simply isnt big enough for me to put money into it as it wouldnt benefit me. If i am going to talk about consistency for rule breaks and discord i will just bring this up as well, yesterday Kanye changed his discord to copy Andys, exact same PFP, Name everything, he also done this to me and another person, and didnt get punished for it, today Nate done the same thing today and got banned for it, how is this fair.

I got banned on Libra RP discord. I was trolling and made myself look like Andy. event though it just took a click to see I was not Andy. I'm not the first one to do what I did I am just the first to get in trouble for it. I am in no way shape or form sorry for what I did. I have just observed we do not all get treated the same. I am asking to be unbanned and I will not do it again.

Now i as i have already mentioned about the player base, something needs to change, 1 suggestion would be to look at some of the admin team, just to clear some names Trey, Dario, Fish never had a problem with they have all been extremely understanding and supportive. They would even go to DMs to check things, ask if you need help or ask why something was done. However this cant be said about other people in the admin team. Another Suggestion would be to rework the media, you are trying to promote a RP server yet the only media you are getting is PVP players, they dont know how to RP or what RP means. Quite frankly there isnt any RP anymore in Libra, the server went from 15 people to 150+ to 80 to 40 back up to 50 now down to 30 again, at this rate the server wont survive and something needs to be done. Instead of paying stupid money for these PVP media people who dont know how to RP invest in people who know how to bring RP and enjoyment to your server.

Now i do also understand you have just got back from LOA and i do feel bad for having to write this to you while you have important things to get back to however if this goes unsaid and nothing done all the hard work, hours and money you have put into this server will just be thrown down the drain and its heading to that direction very quickly. I understand that you are busy but any response it greatly appreciated. I hope you take this in the best regards and as constructive Criticism instead of chatting shit about your server.

I have not read the whole message, but i will go ahead and put one of your points to bed. Kanye did get banned for impersonating an admin, as did Nate. Kanye got unbanned, as did Nate.

Now as for me making my friends admins, you do realize I do not know any of these people? I only knew 1 person from before and that was ibti, who was interviewed and hired back in May.


Furthermore, your removal was discussed with members of higher management as well. You were argumentative and extremely passive aggressive. Also, you were also told earlier, the tickets you pinged us everyday for were not life and death and most were simple assistant questions, or something that could be handled via forums/later.

Here, you pinged us for 4 tickets, all of which were completely IC related non-admin tickets, ojne related to Dj Booth, the second related to XP, the third asking for Jacob and the last one being related to battle pass.

here, only 1 ticket was related to rdm which required an admin, and dario instantly replied and came on, the rest were all related to server restart where you could've simply stated that it was for a urgent hotfix/etc.

on this day, i agree there were alot of admins tickets being dealt with, but this is also 8-10 days older than the more recent messages, so evidently there were more admins that started to come on in during the morning hours.
and before this there was no other occasion where you pinged us.

Now, the other thing is, you constantly asked me and other admins about your level 2 interview, which only delays it more. you were told that it would be a minimum of 2 weeks, and 3 days in you started dming me about the interview. here i clearly said at least 2 weeks

I want to address a couple of points so everyone understands the facts of the situation. Not just what your thinking on the specific situations your referring to.

Most people do not understand who is actually under contract with Media right now. Currently, it is only three or four people, depending on which contracts you are counting and when those contracts are active, The number of forms submitted directly against those individuals isnt isn’t what your stating Grouping all of Media and the entire ballas gang and everyone who receives any type of payment together is not a fair way to judge the individuals who are actually under contract. Most players your speaking of are exactly that just players and you can judge media based on what players are doing.

Regarding the Whizzer situation, he was not the only person who was getting banned. The individual he was going back and forth with was also about to be banned at the same time. Both of them reached out to the admin team had a conversation and both were in agreement with the situation and all parties understood and agreed. the fact that you were not privy to all the details may make it seem one way or another, but it is not the truth.

Nobody’s RP is perfect, so judging specific people solely based on their RP is not fair to them either.

I also want to make it clear that I was the person who banned Nate today, just like I banned the people who were banned over the last several days. Every case was handled the exact same way, and everyone was unbanned through the same process. There was no favoritism involved. Nate was banned because we needed to remain consistent with the people who had already been banned for the same type of situation. His ban was not based on who he was or because anyone was trying to treat him differently. If we didn’t ban then there would be a reason to accuse a favoritism again, another situation where you were not aware to all the information.

Andy is currently very busy with the development side of the server, so he doesn’t have the time to personally respond to every forum, which is why I’ll be addressing this one.

Regarding your removal from the admin team, John removed you for valid reasons. You were repeatedly calling admins over tickets and making it seem like there were a large number of urgent tickets when there were hardly any that actually required immediate admin attention. You also mentioned there were cheater related tickets that needed to be dealt with, when the situation you were referring to was from the previous day.

The screenshots provided by john also show that most of the tickets you were pinging admins for were simple IC/non admin matters, with only one actually requiring an admin, which Dario responded to immediately.

Also, regarding the media concerns, Tye, who is handling the PR/media side of things, has already responded to you regarding those points above, so there isn't much more for me to add on that side

As for the Discord situations, you are currently banned due to the recent toxicity and behaviour you've been displaying. This isn't about one single message or punishment it's the overall pattern of behaviour and repeated unnecessary conflict.

You're free to disagree with the decisions made, but the removal wasn't random or simply because you were trying to help. There were legitimate reasons behind it.
