1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
FIB
2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
1. I want to build an organization that is respected throughout the city for its professionalism, activity, and high-quality investigations. The FIB should feel different from regular law enforcement and provide unique roleplay opportunities for both its members and civilians.2. I have ideas for investigations, operations, training, events, and cooperation with other organizations. I believe the FIB has the potential to create some of the best and most unique roleplay in the city.
3. My goal would be to create a leadership team that is mature, reliable, and active. With proper structure and communication, I believe we can build an FIB that players enjoy being part of.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe I am a strong candidate because I understand that being a leader is about more than having a high position. A leader needs to be active, professional, fair, organized, and capable of managing a large group of players.
I would focus on building a strong command structure while also listening to my members and making sure everyone has an opportunity to contribute. I would lead by example, remain calm during difficult situations, and make decisions based on what is best for the organization and the overall roleplay experience.
I also want to bring creativity and new ideas to the position. Rather than allowing the FIB to become repetitive, I would constantly look for ways to create new investigations, operations, and activities.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
1.Major criminal incidents would not simply end when the situation is over. The FIB could continue investigating afterward, creating more roleplay through evidence, interviews, warrants, and future operations.
2. Members would participate in training sessions, meetings, and realistic operational procedures. Each member should have responsibilities rather than simply joining the organization for a rank or equipment.
3. The FIB would regularly work alongside SAPF, the Government, EMS, and other organizations when appropriate. This would create larger and more realistic situations instead of organizations operating separately.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
Build an active, professional, and well-organized FIB, Create high-quality investigation and intelligence roleplay, Improve cooperation with other law enforcement and government organizations, Ensure members remain active and involved in meaningful roleplay and Build an FIB that is respected across the city for professionalism and good roleplay. Ultimately, I want members to be proud of being part of the FIB and for other players to look forward to interacting with the organization.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
Multi-day or multi-week investigations involving multiple organizations and players, where evidence and decisions made throughout the investigation can influence the outcome.
Carefully planned operations involving intelligence gathering and long-term storylines.
My goal would be to make the FIB feel like a living organization where something is always happening and every member has a chance to participate in meaningful roleplay.
