1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
Ballas2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
There are several reasons why I want to become the leader of Ballas:
1. Experience:
I have experience in many different organizations and have seen how they operate from different perspectives in this and other cities. I have been High Command in GOV and I have also been part of EMS, LSPD and Marabunta Grande. This has given me a good understanding of leadership, organization structure, discipline, and roleplay. I have alot experience from another city and ive grown into drifferent positions in libra aswell. And now i really wanna put that experience to use
2. The next step for me:
I feel that becoming a leader is the natural next step for me. After gaining experience in multiple organizations and leadership positions, I believe I have the maturity, knowledge, and confidence needed to take responsibility for an entire organization.
3. Activity and motivation:
I am active every day and can dedicate 4+ hours per day to the illegal organization. I want to build an active and organized gang where members enjoy being part of Ballas and have reasons to stay involved.
4. Improving what I have seen:
After being part of many organizations, I have noticed some of the same mistakes being repeated. As a leader, I want to learn from those experiences and do things differently. My goal is to build something successful that members can be proud to be a part of.
3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
I believe I am a strong candidate because I have experience on both the legal and illegal sides of the city. My experience in GOV, EMS, LSPD and Marabunta Grande has taught me how different organizations work and how they interact with each other.I have also held High Command positions, which has taught me how to manage people, handle conflicts, make decisions, and keep an organization structured.
As a leader, I would be calm, fair, and responsible. I don't believe in leading through ego or constantly punishing members for small mistakes. I would rather explain things to avoid mistakes, help members improve, and make sure everyone understands what is expected of them.
I also understand that a successful gang needs more than activity. It needs loyalty, teamwork, structure, communication, and good roleplay. I want to create an organization where every member has a purpose and feels like they contribute to something bigger.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
1. Focus on realistic roleplay:I want Ballas members to focus on creating realistic situations instead of treating every interaction as an opportunity for combat. Conflicts should have reasons and consequences, and interactions should create stories.
2. Clear structure and responsibilities:
Every rank would have a purpose and responsibilities. Members should know what is expected from them and what they need to do to progress within Ballas.
3. Teach instead of immediately punish:
Everyone makes mistakes. I would focus on helping members understand what they did wrong and how they can improve. Repeated or serious issues would obviously have consequences, but small mistakes should be learning opportunities.
4. Better communication and teamwork:
I would encourage members to communicate with each other and work together. Good communication between ranks and leadership would help prevent unnecessary problems and make the organization feel more organized.
5. More interaction with other organizations:
I want Ballas to have meaningful interactions with other gangs, law enforcement, civilians, and organizations. Alliances, rivalries, negotiations, investigations, conflicts, and long-term storylines can create better RP across the entire city.
5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
My main goal is to build Ballas into an active, respected, organized, and enjoyable organization.Some of my main goals would be:
- Build a strong and loyal leadership team.
- Keep the organization active on a daily basis.
- Create a clear rank structure with responsibilities for everyone.
- Improve the overall roleplay quality of members.
- Create realistic rp situations.
- Develop rivalries and alliances through proper RP.
- Help newer members learn the rules and improve their RP.
- Create an environment where members actually enjoy logging in and being part of Ballas.
- Build a reputation that other organizations respect.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
I would organize different activities that give members reasons to interact with each other and with the rest of the city.Some examples include:
- Turf competitions: Organized conflicts over territory with proper RP and preparation.
- Gang meetings: Regular meetings where members discuss plans, problems, promotions, and future activities.
- Recruitment events: RP-focused recruitment where potential members have to prove themselves instead of simply being invited.
- Business interactions: Using businesses and civilian interactions to create more RP outside of gang conflicts.
- Rivalry storylines: Long-term storylines with other gangs that involve negotiations, betrayals, alliances, and conflicts.
- Law enforcement scenarios: Creating situations that give PD/FIB/other legal organizations opportunities to investigate and interact with Ballas.
- Internal competitions: Shooting, driving, or other competitions to keep members active and create friendly competition.
- Story-driven operations: Planned activities with a clear purpose and consequences rather than random violence.
