1. Acceptance
By accessing Libra RP services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. Account Responsibilities
- You are responsible for account security and activity under your account.
- Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is not allowed unless explicitly approved.
- False information or impersonation may lead to suspension.
3. Conduct Rules
- No cheating, exploiting bugs, automation, or unauthorized tools.
- No harassment, hate speech, doxxing, or serious disruption.
- No real-money trading of in-game assets unless officially approved.
4. Virtual Goods and Currency
In-game items, points, and currency are licensed digital content with no guaranteed real-world value or ownership rights outside the service.
5. Enforcement
We may warn, mute, suspend, wipe assets, or terminate accounts for violations, abuse, or security risks, with or without prior notice depending on severity.
6. Service Availability
Service may be interrupted for maintenance, updates, technical issues, or emergency moderation actions. Uptime is not guaranteed.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Libra RP is provided “as is” without warranty. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Changes to Terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
