    Rejected This does not seem like VDM nor car ramming. Yes, he hit another car with his car and it doesn't seem like a pit. However, in real life, police officers can use a patrol car to block, pin, or strike a suspect's vehicle to prevent them from entering or driving away in the vehicle.
