1.1 Ballas

2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?

2.1- I have leadership qualities, teamwork, communication skill and understanding of gangs which will help me to manage gang effectively.

2.2- I wanted to make ballas highly active, well-organized and dominant gang in the city. I want my leadership term to be remembered as one of the strongest term in ballas history.

2.3- I wanted to become the leader of the ballas because I have experience of Turfing and leadership of gangs from another cities.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?

3.1 I have alot of leadership experience and I have been a curator of crime in another city.

4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

4.1 I want to make a ballas most active gang in the city by hiring active members in the city who are dedicated to do proper RP and gang operations.

4.2 I wanted to make sure that all gang members participate in all the events like Fz, robberies and events etc.

5.1 My goals is to have 100% turf and a strong professionalized gang
