   1. Which organization are you applying to lead?
   
   1.1 SAN ANDREAS POLICE FORCE (SAPF)
   
   2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
   
   2.1 SAPF is one of the core organisations of the state by protecting and serving the Los Santos streets, in the past in another city have been a leader of SAPF and i do know how to handle the organisation as i was the FIB Leader 4 times and many countless times a State Deputy plus State Curator of FIB and EMS in another city. I do believe im the perfect person for this position and have a huge group and following that will massively help me.
   
   2.2 I will make sure that SAPF operates within its measures from basic traffic controling to pursuing wanted criminals and more crimes that are inside the SAPFs jurisdiction, i will also with confidence make sure there will be no conflicts with other State organisations as we are all here and work for 1 task to stop the terrorism and crime in Los Santos.
   
   2.3 As i mentioned in 2.1 i have served as a State Leader 4 times and many countless times of State Deputy in different organisations in different cities, I am very confident that i can work and run SAPF to its extent with succesful IC events and succesful terms status.
   
   3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
   
   3.1 As I mentioned in 2.3 as well as 2.1 I have served as a state leader and state and crime curator in different cities I can assure to work with full experience and coordination with soulful work.
   
   3.2 And as I am serving as the Attorney General of the city I have the full law and order in my mind for how to conduct patrols and each and everything so it will be easy for me to coordinate with SAPF work.
   
   4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
   
   4.1 I will try to as much as i can to improve certain Departments to work properly without flaws, i will coordinate with other State organisations to make sure crime and terrorism will be succesfuly executed.
   
   4.2 Will hire top of the notch players that have been in the server for a long time that I am serving in the State to ensure also the Human Resources Department can hire and train the new players in the server that want to start their journey in SAPF with proper manuals and training provided.
   
   4.3 Will not associate with favoritism as to achieve the top of the top ranks i do believe work and dedication has to be made and acknowledged, im not here to just give ranks to the people like that im here to ensure fairness and appreciate hard work from every single player no matter the rank.
   
   5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
   5.1 To always ensure that crime in the city is nil during the peak hours.
   5.2 To focus at certain areas of work with coordination with other state orgs
   5.3 To always patrol the city trying for 24/7
   5.4 To make sure that the lobbies are not empty
   
   6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
   6.1 Will host ic events for fun like open recruitment, training for patrolling etc.
