Hi I am slightly confused to why my admin application has been rejected again. It has been rejected for lack of effort which I am confused about as I have put a lot more effort into mine than what other people have. This is now the third time I have been rejected by John. Now I understand that he can choose who is in the admin team and who isn’t but to be honest this kind of feels like targeting now.

I put more effort than 90% of the applicants that’s been approved. So because he apologised he gets put on consideration straight away? What lesson does that teach him. That he can do something wrong and get given the same thing back.
