2. Why do you want to become the leader of this organization?
1- I want to become leader of NG so I can become first Leader of NG and setup standards for NG for future leaders, members to follow. I will setup all departments for NG like Navy, AirForce, SASD, IA and HRT with proper documentation to help current and setup org for future people.
2- I and my team will ensure proper and good RP for NG we will help new members understand rules and laws to help them as people with proper knowledge of rules can make good RP.
3- I have enough experience of NG from different city that I know I can run this org smoothly. Me and my team will consist of people who have been leader of NG in different city. With this experience I believe I can run operations such as protecting base, doing ammo runs etc very greatly.

3. What makes you the best candidate for this position?
Me and my team members have multiple terms of experience in NG in different city. We know ins and outs of how NG works we know what made the NG boring in other city we want to improve that and make it interesting in this city. My team members consist of 4 past leader of NG.
4. How would you improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?
1- I will introducing new commands /me and /do to help improve RP. When I will be promoting people I will be doing /me give badge and take old and the person getting promoted will do /me take new badge and give old badge etc.
2- I will conduct training with other orgs so we as state can make sure to perform batter and win events.
3- We will do patrols with other orgs in the city, not only sitting in our base and doing gate duty I will like to go out of base and do activities as well. I will make sure we carry out ammo run and attend all events that are possible.

5. What are your goals for this organization during your leadership term?
1- Setup org for future leaders.
2- Create a friendly but competitive environment for people to only focus on serving the state but also having fun.
3- Make sure there is no favouritism in org and everyone gets equal treatment.
4- Leave a mark as a NG leader.
6. What events or activities would you organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?
Patrol: Patrolling in whole city to make sure the crime rate is lower.
Airforce operations: Have airforce do regular scouting to get an idea of any gang activity. Hosting air show by airforce to display NG aircrafts.
Navy Patrol: Help LEOs with out navy so they can respond to situations in sea side like for example helping LEOs in securing the cargo at cayo island.
