Additional Information

1. Which organization am I applying to lead?

▸ San Andreas Police Force (SAPF)

2. Why do I want to become the leader of this organization?

• To fix activity on the highways: Most of the time, the highways feel completely dead or chaotic because units don't patrol properly. I want to take lead of SAPF to make sure we always have active cruisers on the main routes handling speeders, robberies, and accidents like an actual police department should.
• To stop toxicity and rank-chasing: Right now, a lot of people only care about getting higher ranks instead of doing good roleplay. I want to build a calm, respectful environment where officers treat each other fairly, don't argue over promotions, and actually focus on having fun, clean RP.
• To give new recruits proper training: Most rule breaks happen because new members aren't taught the rules or standard procedures properly. I want to focus heavily on the training team so cadets learn proper radio comms, how to handle traffic stops, and server rules before they go out on patrol alone.

3. What makes me the best candidate for this position?

▸ I have spent plenty of time in state orgs in other RPs, so I know how daily operations work, what mistakes past leaders have made, and why officers usually lose motivation. I treat everyone equally with zero favoritism, and I don't let personal friendships influence promotions. Most importantly, I stay in regular touch with server curators and make sure we follow every instruction given to us.

4. How would I improve roleplay within this organization and across the city?

• Better traffic stops and investigative RP: Encourage officers to actually use /me and /do commands during stops—checking IDs, inspecting vehicle plates, doing breathalyzer tests, and searching cars properly instead of just pulling guns or rushing to cuff people.
• Joint patrols with other legal orgs: Coordinate small operations with LSPD, EMS, and SANG, like joint border security checkpoints or assisting each other during major store robberies and bank hits, so roleplay isn't limited to just our own faction.
• Daily briefings and clear duties: Start shifts with a quick 5-minute briefing in Discord or in-game to assign patrol sectors, make sure the front lobby is always manned, and give newer guys a senior partner to ride with.

5. What are my goals for this organization during my leadership term?

• Keep the organization consistently active throughout the day, especially during prime hours.
• Ensure our lobby has an officer present so citizens don't walk into an empty station when they need help.
• Run a clean term with minimal warnings, rule breaks, or forum complaints against our officers.
• Give weekly bonuses and recognition to officers who work hard and stay active so they don't get burned out.

6. What events or activities would I organize to increase roleplay and player engagement?

• Highway Safety Checkpoints: Set up organized checkpoints on popular highway spots to check vehicle registrations, search for illegal items, and give regular citizens a fun, legal interaction.
• Citizen Open Day / Ride-Along Program: Host an open house at the station where clean citizens can tour the fleet, talk to officers, and see what the department does, which will also help recruitment.
• Pursuit & Driving Drills: Weekly driving practice sessions on an empty track or airfield so our officers can practice PIT maneuvers and boxing without causing messy crashes on public roads.
