He stated this which 5.14 was changed to 5.13 without an announcement with the time this forum was made and when I pointed it out in the forum the rule 5.14 immediately changed to 5.13 says something else. I got fucked for absolutely no reason. he said that the rules states that using it for that purpose is forbidden but when i didnt point this out in the forum https://librarp.com/forums/threads/707/#post-2742 the rules was 5.14 OBS and any other Recording software WHICH can block or remove overlays are forbidden and it results in 15 day ban. This is wrong u changed the rules without an announcement when i pointed it out it seems very unfair.

You can see the time when the rule changed, so within the forum time rules 5.14 remained, it basically meant none of these clipping softwares are allowed no matter what
